Hi, I'm Carla. I'm a qualified nutritionist and online coach from Armagh in Northern Ireland. I spent 10+ years stuck in the exact cycle I now help women break đđť
I know what it's like to be "good" all week and binge all weekend. To ban foods from your own home because you can't trust yourself near them. To measure your worth by your appearance and live a small life because of your food & body insecurities.
